We’re hiring: Technical Support Team Leader

What will your day look like?
- Managing a team of technical support specialists in a dynamic and well-established organization
- Overseeing service quality and handling complex technical issues
- Leading cross-organizational technology projects with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Working closely with external vendors and department managers
- Writing procedures and documenting issues and solutions
- Developing the professional team: recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing mentoring
Position details:
- Full-time role, 5 days a week
- Work from the company offices in Ramat HaHayal + one day a week at the Haifa branch
Who is this role for?
- Previous experience as a PC Technician (minimum 3 years) – mandatory
- At least 1 year of experience managing a technical team in a large organization – mandatory
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high service-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license – mandatory
