Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with a strong focus on content creation and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling, insightful, and valuable messaging and content. This role requires a creative thinker who can collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and develop content that transcends traditional PMM boundaries. You will play a critical role in positioning Astrix’s products within the AI Agent security market and communicating our value proposition to diverse audiences. You will work closely with the product team to articulate messaging and collaborate with sales enablement, demand generation, and field marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful market outreach.

About the role:

• Content Strategy and Creation: Develop a high-quality, engaging content plan highlighting the AI Agent problem space and showcasing Astrix's unique solutions. This includes hands-on creation of whitepapers, blog posts, demo videos, solution briefs, and more. Ensure "product-led" website maintenance, ensuring our digital presence reflects the latest product innovations and market shifts.
• Product Positioning and Messaging: Research and deeply understand our ICP, personas, and differentiation, as well as the technical aspects of the product and effectively position its capabilities in the market. Translate complex product features into clear, compelling messaging. You will maintain and evolve "Solution Stories" for priority use cases, ensuring our value proposition is consistently felt across every touchpoint.
• Customer Advocacy & Market Intelligence: Validate our positioning through customer and field feedback, ensuring our content is aligned with market insights, trends and real pain points. Create customer testimonials and case studies.
• Competitive Intelligence: Transform competitive insights into actionable assets (battlecards, decks) that give our field teams a winning edge.
• High-Velocity Field & Success Enablement: Support creating talk tracks, one-pagers, scripts, presentations, and feature launch kits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with overall company goals.
• Innovative mindset and Creative Ideation: Employ out-of-the-box thinking to create unique and impactful marketing content that resonates with target audiences, and build AI-led workflows that elevate the quality and velocity of PMM support.
• Basic Multimedia Skills: Utilize basic video editing and Figma editing skills to enhance content delivery and support marketing initiatives.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing with a strong emphasis on content creation, and at least 3 years as a PMM with a technical focus.
• Cybersecurity Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in a cybersecurity company.
• Strong advantage: minimum of 2 years at an early-stage startup.
• Content Creation Skills: Proven ability to create high-quality written and multimedia content. Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to produce informative and insightful material.
• Technical & Multimedia Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to understand complex product features and translate them into clear, market-facing content. Proficiency in Figma and video editing to enhance content delivery and support marketing initiatives when needed.
• Creative Mindset: Innovative and outside-the-box thinker capable of developing unique content strategies and solutions.
• Collaborative Mindset: A track record of working closely with different teams, incl. Product, Sales, R&D, and Demand Gen teams to provide support and insights for successful initiatives.
