A fast-growing AdTech company in Tel Aviv is looking for a PPC Specialist to join our Performance team.
If you’re analytical, data-driven, and love scaling campaigns that deliver real results — we want to meet you.
What you’ll do:
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
Optimize performance to improve key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR
Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns
Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve results
Work closely with Creative, Product, and Data teams
Build clear performance reports and present recommendations
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on PPC experience
Strong experience with Google Ads (must)
Experience in AdTech / Performance Marketing — a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English
