We are looking for a talented and driven Operations & Agents Agreements Team Manager to lead our commissions operations domain, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in shaping and optimizing core business processes.

What you’ll do?

• Full ownership of the agents’ commissions operations domain, including task prioritization, quality control, professional guidance, and process leadership.
• Managing a team of employees: professional development, training, performance monitoring, and maintaining high execution standards.
• Defining, managing, and monitoring operational SLAs while ensuring excellent service levels for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ongoing collaboration with business and operational interfaces across and outside the organization.
• Direct interface with sales managers: handling inquiries, conducting investigations, providing professional support, and offering guidance.
• Managing complex operational processes, including handling escalations with relevant parties.
• Responsibility for maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of core commission systems.
• Identifying gaps, initiating and leading process‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Leading the operational strategy for the commissions domain and executing the organizational vision.
• Ongoing measurement, monitoring, and preparation of management reports.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in complex operations, finance, or control roles – significant advantage for experience in insurance/financial/banking sectors.
• Proven managerial experience, including leading processes and teams.
• High proficiency in Excel and CRM/ERP systems – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and broad business understanding.

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
