HR Records & Compliance Specialist (Contract)

We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative. This role focuses on locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee records across regions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. If you’re highly organized, persistent, and comfortable working independently, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Locate and retrieve employee files from physical archives and digital systems
• Review records for completeness and accuracy based on compliance guidelines
• Maintain tracking logs and document findings for project reporting
• Partner with regional HR teams and vendors to resolve gaps or discrepancies
• Identify missing or hard-to-find documents and escalate when needed
• Support both onsite physical file reviews and digital file assessments

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in HR administration, records management, compliance, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Comfortable handling confidential employee data
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and document systems
• Exposure to global or multi-region HR processes is a plus
