WINN.AI is looking for a Product Manager (4+ years) to join our product team and lead the application domain—user workflows, system workflows and integrations, and most of the UI.

You’ll work alongside another Product Manager and a Product Designer, and report directly to the VP Product.

We’re based in Ramat Gan (Ha’Bursa, 5 minutes from Savidor) and work in a hybrid model (3 office days, 2 optional remote days).

The role requires 4+ years of experience building B2B SaaS products, strong user empathy, and a drive to deliver measurable value in the space of AI-powered GTM tools.

Responsibility

Own the full product lifecycle: problem definition, discovery, prioritization, planning, specs/requirements, execution, launch, and iteration
Ensure value delivery across multiple personas (leaders, RevOps/Enablement, front-line reps)
Partner with Design on UX/UI—from concept to interaction details
Partner with Engineering on scope, tradeoffs, sequencing, and delivery; unblock teams and keep focus on outcomes
Work closely with Customer Success to collect, synthesize, and act on customer feedback (and communicate back what changed)
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering / Professional Services on customer needs, solution design, and rollout considerations
Collaborate with RevOps / Sales / BDRs for internal feedback, dogfooding, and GTM alignment (enablement, messaging, adoption)

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (B2B SaaS preferred)
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functionally without formal authority
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to make decisions
Strong UX sensibility and a drive to deliver outcome-driven user experiences
Collaborative team player who enjoys brainstorming and partnering with design/engineering/GTM
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have (Advantage)

Experience with product analytics (funnels/cohorts), experimentation, and defining KPIs
Experience with integrations (CRM, OAuth, APIs)
Experience building workflow products for Sales/RevOps/Enablement personas
