Program Manager

Description

Innoviz Technologies supplies safety-critical, high-performance LiDAR sensors for assisted driving systems, autonomous robotaxis, and various smart infrastructure applications. The Program Management team plays a critical role in executing the company’s business strategy and customer commitments. The team operates at the intersection of technology, business, and operations, collaborating closely with R&D, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and other cross-functional teams.

Program Management leads complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to delivery, balancing long-term strategic objectives with real-time customer needs and escalations. The team maintains close partnerships with global customers through frequent interactions and on-site engagements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Lead complex customer programs across hardware, software, and system domains
• Own end-to-end program execution, from definition through delivery and ramp-up
• Drive alignment with customers on technical, operational, commercial, legal, quality, and delivery roadmaps
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans and cross-functional execution
• Orchestrate internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, while managing risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Own quarterly revenue commitments and program milestones, including scope and progress negotiations with customers
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from technical experts to senior leadership and customer executives
• Support global customer engagements, including international travel (up to 15%)
  
  

• B.Sc. or higher in Engineering or Exact Sciences
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Program / Project / Product Management)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs in a matrix organization
  
  

• MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Experience in the automotive, ADAS, or autonomous driving industry
• 2–5 additional years of hands-on R&D experience
