Ad Operations (Demand) Team Lead

The role’s Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ad Operations Team Lead to oversee and direct a dynamic team responsible for managing and optimizing web-based advertising campaigns. This role demands strategic planning, robust execution, and thorough performance analysis of online campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team spread across Israel and Argentina, ensuring seamless collaboration, effective communication, and adherence to high-performance standards while aligning campaign goals with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a diverse team of campaign managers operating across multiple regions. ● Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of web-based campaigns. ● Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. ● Foster efficient communication and collaboration among team members in Israel and Argentina. ● Oversee the day-to-day operations of campaigns to ensure their timely and successful execution.

Requirements

● Previous experience: ● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in display web monetization with SSPs/DSPs. ● Proven experience in team management – an advantage. ● Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing buying behavior and data reports. ● Full business proficiency in English. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
