Why Triple Whale Needs You

Triple Whale is scaling rapidly, and our frontend platform needs to scale with it. As our products grow in complexity and usage, we need engineers who can think in systems, build reusable foundations, and ensure performance and quality remain high across the entire UI. Your experience building well-architected, high-performance frontend components will directly impact how quickly teams can ship, how consistent our products feel, and how confidently we can continue to innovate at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain shared frontend foundations used across products, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Build, document, and maintain a shared UI components library used across products.
• Develop high-performance data visualization components and reusable interface patterns.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to transform Figma designs into functional React components.
• Take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver production-grade UI solutions.
• Participate in the modernization and technical health of the frontend by refactoring, improving architecture and state management, enforcing code quality standards, and continuously optimizing rendering, bundling, and build workflows
• Leverage AI tooling to assist with frontend development workflows, including code generation and refactoring, performance analysis and design-to-code alignment, while applying strong engineering judgment to review and productionize results.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade applications with React and expert-level TypeScript mastery.
• Ability to work from our Jerusalem office (located in the Central Bus Station next to the train) 2 times a week (Monday & Wednesday) is required
• Deep expertise in React architecture, component composition, and modern frontend patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS, including scalable styling systems and complex theming.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and performance-driven coding mindset and capabilities.
• Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills and effective cross-team collaboration.
  
  

Bonus Points If You Bring

• Experience building and maintaining shared component libraries or design systems.
• Ability to reason about JavaScript runtime behavior and performance trade-offs.
• Familiarity with modern state management and build tooling.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and working from Figma.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding copilots) as part of daily workflow.
• Experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright).
• Familiarity with Storybook and Figma workflows.
