Employer Branding & Social Media Manager

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing and a tech powerhouse that connects millions of consumers with top global brands. We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Employer Branding & Social Media Manager to be the amplifier of our unique culture and brand.

What You'll Do

You will be the creative storyteller of NI, driving dynamic engagement across our channels. You will bridge the gap between our internal culture ("Life at NI") and the external tech ecosystem, creating the content and presence that will resonate with our employees, candidates and the Israeli tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Revitalize our Social Presence: Take full ownership of NI’s social media channels. Transform them into dominant, engaging channels that showcase our business wins and company spirit with original creative content.
• Employer Branding: Partner closely with the People Team to capture and broadcast the "Life at NI." Turn our unique culture, parties, milestones, and CSR initiatives into assets that attract top-tier tech talent.
• AI-Powered Production: Produce high-quality textual, graphic, and video content. Use AI tools to repurpose long-form assets into snackable social clips and posts.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Organize and market high-impact industry meetups that bring value and create meaningful engagement.
• Internal Ambassador Program: Rally employees to become brand ambassadors, helping them polish their personal profiles and amplify our reach.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years Experience: In Employer Branding, Social Media Management, or Community Management, preferably within the Tech sector.
• Creator Portfolio: Proven ability to create video and static assets independently (please share examples/links).
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, or design.
• Execution Mindset: High energy, ability to move fast, and manage multiple projects (events, content, strategy) simultaneously.
• Communication: Native-level Hebrew & proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
