Business Intelligence Team Lead

Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging, data analysis, ML, engineering, multi-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 350k requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges. Arpeely is a Google AdX vendor and serves clients spanning from startups to Fortune-50 companies.

We are looking for a BI Team Lead to take ownership of our BI team, including technical leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• SQL Expertise: 5+ years of advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large, complex datasets (BigQuery experience is a plus).
• End-to-End BI Experience: Proven experience in designing, building, and leading end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, data warehouses, BI tools, and presenting analytical insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to define priorities, solve problems, and implement actionable solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to clearly articulate insights and foster collaboration across teams.
• Self-Starter: Highly independent, motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
