As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Regulus, you won’t just fill positions — you’ll help shape the team, the culture, and the company’s future.
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle for some of the most critical roles in the organization — including Engineering, Product, and Operations — partnering directly with the company’s leadership and hiring managers.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building processes from the ground up, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing defense tech company where every hire truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluation to offer management and closing outstanding talent.
- Work closely with founders and hiring leaders to shape hiring needs, define success profiles, and drive strategic recruiting decisions.
- Build and continuously refine scalable sourcing pipelines that consistently surface high-quality, mission-driven candidates.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure hiring supports Regulus’s evolving business priorities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate journey and help strengthen Regulus’s employer brand through thoughtful, high-touch engagement.
- Apply data, insights, and process improvements to increase hiring speed, quality, and overall effectiveness.
- Maintain long-term talent communities to support future team growth as Regulus scales.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech companies or fast-growing startup environments.
- (This is a hands-on recruiting role and may not be the right fit for candidates seeking a BP or recruiting leadership-focused position.)
- Have successfully recruited across multi-disciplinary functions, including Engineering, Product, Operations, and AI, and know how to spot truly exceptional talent.
- Are a strong communicator and relationship-builder, trusted by both hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments, and enjoy building processes, systems, and structure from scratch.
- Have a sharp eye for talent and a clear philosophy on what distinguishes “great” from “exceptional.”
- Bring an existing network within the defense tech ecosystem (e.g., experience working with Rafael, Elbit, IAI, or similar organizations).
- Leverage data and insights to guide hiring decisions, improve efficiency, and remove bottlenecks.
- Have experience building recruiting functions and scaling teams from early-stage to high-growth environments.
