Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition and HR Manager at Hypercore, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent while supporting a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. You will design and execute recruiting strategies, oversee HR operations, and ensure our people practices foster growth and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles using proactive sourcing strategies and strong candidate relationships.
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, craft compelling role profiles, and build teams that drive business impact
• Design and deliver exceptional employee experiences across the full lifecycle - onboarding, development, engagement, and growth.
• Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS administration, performance management, learning and development programs, and compliance.
• Act as a trusted point of contact to employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, and team support.
• Foster a positive, supportive work environment that empowers employees and encourages growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR, preferably in high-growth startups or tech companies.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring across technical, go-to-market, and leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in modern recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Deep knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle best practices.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken English- essential for interviews and day-to-day interaction.
• Startup DNA, comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
