Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can drive our transition to a modern, microservices-based architecture while using AI-powered tools as part of the daily development workflow.

You will set the standards for high‑velocity, high‑quality development and play a key role in mentoring engineers, shaping our engineering culture, and delivering scalable, cloud-based backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition from a monolithic architecture to microservices.
• Own and promote the use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other LLMs) as part of the team’s daily development toolkit.
• Accelerate development processes by:
• Automating tests
• Improving CI/CD flows
• Enhancing documentation
• Quickly understanding and refactoring complex codebases
• Define and implement engineering standards and best practices for a high‑throughput development environment.
• Provide technical leadership:
• Train, mentor, and coach team members
• Lead by example with hands-on coding and code reviews
• Design and implement high-quality, production-grade solutions in critical system environments.
• Lead the design and development of cloud-based systems, including scalability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of backend development experience using .Net/Java/Node.js
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technological field
• Proven experience significantly increasing development speed and reducing defects by using AI-based development tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end development
• Strong system-level thinking and business orientation – able to understand the broader impact of technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and building APIs
