Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

This position’s primary focus is recruiting, you will lead end-to-end hiring for our growing team. In addition, you will provide support on office administration and employee wellbeing initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting (Primary Focus)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles (from intake meeting to signed offer)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
• Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Provide a smooth, professional and candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with HR and management to improve recruitment processes and employer branding
• Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment

Welfare & Administrative Support

• Support HR initiatives such as “Happy Hour” planning and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with day-to-day office coordination and general administrative support.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (in-house or agency)- Must
• Experience recruiting for tech- Must
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong ownership, independence, and a “can-do” attitude
• Experience in health tech or startup environments- Advantage
