Marketing Automation Implementer - 50072985

Phoenix, one of Israel’s leading insurance and financial services companies, is expanding its Digital Department and seeking a talented Marketing Automation Implementer to join our team.

In this role, you will take part in building advanced customer journeys, implementing personalization strategies, and managing end‑to‑end campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, leverage BI and data capabilities, and directly influence the customer experience across digital touchpoints.

What you’ll do?

• Setting up and managing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Writing SQL queries for audience segmentation
• Integrating data sources and preparing datasets for campaigns
• Analyzing campaign performance and generating insights for optimization
• Ongoing collaboration with Marketing, BI, Product, and IT teams
• Implementing personalization processes and smart customer journeys

What are we looking for?

• 1–2 years of experience building campaigns in platforms such as CM / UNICA / Salesforce
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience in building audiences, segmentation, and customer targeting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – an advantage
• Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems – an advantage
