What will you do?

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Executing targeted sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent.
• Conducting in-depth phone interviews.
• Managing candidate relationships all the way to the finish line .

What are we looking for?

• +/- 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment, sales, or customer service .
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Marketing, etc.)
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• A strong tech orientation, a passion for learning, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• High-level English – Significant advantage.
