Social & Content Manager

We are an innovative group at the intersection of finance, technology, and advanced industries, including the defense sector, serving as the central operation for several affiliated ventures.

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our online presence across multiple brands and leadership accounts — in both Israeli and global markets. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will lead and execute a social media strategy for the group and its portfolio companies, including executive-level accounts. The role involves content creation (from planning to publishing), initiating and coordinating content shoots and podcasts when needed, and also independently filming, editing, and publishing content via mobile. The candidate will manage daily interactions (comments, DMs), grow followers and engagement, and drive brand visibility across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activity across the group’s and brands’ social media accounts
• Develop content strategy and monthly calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter)
• Write, film, and edit engaging short-form content — including self-produced mobile content
• Initiate or coordinate video/podcast production days, while also being able to work independently
• Manage and grow executive leadership profiles, including guidance and training when needed
• Increase follower base and engagement through consistent, high-quality, algorithm-aware content
• Collaborate with internal departments (content, design, marketing, business development)
• Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices, especially in finance, tech, and defense-linked fields

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a large enterprise, corporate organization or investment firm -required
• Hebrew as a native language and strong command of English - required
• Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously - strong advantage
• Experience handling personal accounts of executives - strong advantage
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (Twitter) - required
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer - advantage
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Independence, creativity, high attention to detail, and collaborative spirit
