Role

• Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
• Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.
• Achieve an optimal support experience through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.

• Native or Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights from home
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends
• Independent and self-learner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive & a can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

• Interest in social gaming/online marketing field
• 1+ years of experience in customer success
  
  

• Cibus meal card with a monthly allowance of ILS 1,000
