Comblack is hiring a SOC Team Lead !
The role includes professional responsibility for handling cybersecurity incidents, overseeing the daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), and managing tasks for Tier 1 analysts. The position combines shift management, task allocation, activation of Incident Response (IR) teams, and continuous monitoring of technological and operational gaps within the organization’s security defense framework.
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience as a SOC Team Lead or Incident Response Team Lead.
- At least 1 year of experience as a SOC Analyst, with deep technical understanding of cybersecurity incidents.
- Proven experience managing and controlling monitoring shifts in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to lead and operate Incident Response teams in real time.
- Strong system-level perspective for identifying, managing, and tracking monitoring gaps across relevant interfaces.
