🔹 Sales & Business Development Manager (B2B)
📍 Full-time | Working from home (except meetings+One day from a shared working place)
We’re an innovative Israeli company operating globally and working with leading high-tech organizations.
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to take ownership of revenue growth and play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy.
This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility and direct impact on the company’s growth.
What will you do?
- Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive business development through proactive outreach, networking, and new opportunity creation
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage an external marketing agency and translate insights into commercial strategy
- Prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations
Who are we looking for?
- Strong passion for sales and business development
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience working with mid-to-large organizations
- Native-level English – mandatory
- Proven global sales experience – mandatory
- Proactive, results-driven, and execution-oriented
- Excellent relationship-building skills with sharp commercial thinking
- Strong business mindset with a data-driven approach
- Advantage: background in tech companies, startups, or HR / L&D environments
