Information Technology Manager

IT Operations & Support o Supporting Onboarding/offboarding (Google Workspace, identity, MDM) o Day-to-day support across hardware, OS, networking, engineering tools • Networks & Infrastructure o Maintain multi-site wired/wireless networks, VPN, firewalls, routing • Servers & Systems o Manage on-prem and cloud Windows/Linux servers and R&D machines o Backup strategies, HA, directory services, DNS/DHCP • Field Work & Production Environments o Support field tests: portable networks, UPS, wireless setups o Support production floors, labs, and security systems • Cyber Security & Compliance o Collaborate with CISO/SecOps, implement policies, harden systems • Tooling & Vendor Management: o Evaluate and integrate tools, manage suppliers, procurement, inventory

Required: • 5+ years of IT multi-site experience • Networking, routing, firewalls • Windows/Linux admin • Google Workspace & identity management • Hardware troubleshooting & MDM • Ability to thrive in high uncertainty environment
