About the Role
ULTRA RED is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Representative to lead direct sales into the Israeli market.
This role is fully focused on selling to Israeli customers including enterprise organizations, technology companies, and requires a strong understanding of the local market, decision-makers, and sales dynamics.
You will own the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation through deal closure and account expansion, working closely with technical and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive direct sales in the Israeli market
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, POCs, negotiation, and closing
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Security leadership
- Build and manage a strong, self-generated pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing Israeli customers
- Represent ULTRA RED at local customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Cybersecurity
- Proven experience selling into the Israeli market - mandatory
- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Strong technical understanding and ability to hold credible cybersecurity conversations
- Experience negotiating with senior decision-makers
- Native-level Hebrew - required
