Recruitment & Employer Branding Coordinator – PwC Israel

PwC Israel is seeking a Recruitment & Employer Branding Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team.

We’re looking for a passionate team player eager to step into the world of strategic recruitment and employer branding.

The role requires end to end recruitment experience – from sourcing and conducting in depth interviews to managing smooth onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead independent end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of positions – professional roles, corporate functions, and high-volume recruitment.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver top talent.

Drive and execute employer branding initiatives, including managing our brand ambassadors program.

Create, edit, and share engaging content for social media channels.

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor’s degree.

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment within an organization.

High-level proficiency in English – speaking, writing and reading.

Strong sourcing skills, with proven experience in identifying candidates via social media platforms.

Passion for social media, with content creation, photography and editing skills.

Proactive mindset and ability to lead processes independently.
