React Developer

An elite Cybersecurity startup currently operating in Stealth Mode, established under the umbrella of a highly successful and well-known global technology firm.

The company is developing next-generation security solutions specifically designed for the world’s largest telecommunications providers.

Backed by the resources of a Tier-1 tech giant but operating with the speed and equity upside of a lean startup, this 15-person team is now recruiting its foundational core.

Located in Tel Aviv (prime access to the train station), the company maintains a high-performance culture with a flexible hybrid model (one day from home).

Role Overview:

• Joining as a Founding Engineer within the Core Team, taking end-to-end ownership of the product's frontend architecture.
• Building a sophisticated, data-intensive security platform from the ground up using React.
• Collaborating directly with the founders and architectural leads to define the user experience for complex cyber-defense workflows.
• Influencing the technology stack and development standards for all future frontend scaling.
• Working within a modern ecosystem involving Azure, Kubernetes, and Python/Node.js backends.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in Frontend Development – Mandatory.
• Expert-level mastery of React and its ecosystem – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to production-grade deployment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "early-days" startup environment with high levels of autonomy.
• Deep understanding of modern web architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI patterns.
