The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our core R&D team in an early, high ownership role. This is not a ticket taking position. You will play a critical role in shaping our product architecture, engineering standards, and technical roadmap as we scale.

You’ll work closely with leadership to turn business and user needs into robust, scalable systems - and help define what "great engineering" looks like at the company.

What You’ll Do

• End to End Ownership: Own features from initial concept and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration in production.
• AI Implementation: Design and optimize orchestration layers and data architectures to ensure AI models are seamlessly and reliably integrated into the core product experience.
• Full Stack Execution: Design and build scalable, maintainable systems across the stack, ensuring clean integration between APIs, frontend experiences, and data layers.
• Architectural Evolution: Help drive key architectural decisions, evolve our technical foundation, and refine tooling to improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity as we grow.
• Operational Excellence: Set a high bar for code quality, testing, and observability, helping build a production environment that is reliable, maintainable, and resilient as usage scales.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with product and leadership to translate business goals into high impact technical solutions, always keeping the end user in mind.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production grade applications.
• Strong architectural intuition with a track record of designing flexible, resilient systems.
• Hands on DevOps Expertise: Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP is a plus), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and managing production CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with hands on experience building full stack systems and integrating LLMs into production workflows.
• Reliability Mindset: Experience setting up production monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Sentry) to ensure 24/7 system health.
• A strong product mindset - you care deeply about why you’re building something, not just how.
• Startup DNA: Comfortable with ambiguity, excited by ownership, and able to move quickly while maintaining engineering discipline.
