Chief Financial Officer

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Global Public Company | Finance, Accounting & Legal Reporting | Reporting to CEO | CPA Required

Serving as Chief Financial Officer of a global public company, reporting directly to the CEO, with full executive responsibility for the organization’s financial leadership, including finance, accounting, and legal reporting functions. This role is suitable for a first or second CFO position.

Leading all financial operations and overseeing the preparation and integrity of financial statements, statutory reports, and legal and regulatory filings, ensuring full compliance with public company requirements and applicable accounting standards and corporate governance frameworks.

Managing the accounting function end-to-end, including financial reporting, consolidation, audit processes, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring strong internal controls, financial transparency, and reporting accuracy.

Leading and mentoring a small, high-performing finance team, fostering professional excellence, accountability, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing financial leadership, supporting executive decision-making, risk management, and long-term value creation within a thriving global industry environment.

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

Proven experience in finance, accounting, and legal reporting within a public company environment

Leadership capability and readiness for a first or second CFO role

Position based in central Israel.
