An international distribution company based in Ramat HaSharon is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the companys budget and financial performance. Take overall responsibility for accounting operations in Israel and abroad. Oversee bookkeeping, financial records, and internal controls.

Work closely with local and international banks. Lead and manage the companys pricing strategy. Oversee inventory control, costing, and related financial processes. Manage and support the finance team.

CPA qualification or a degree/background in Economics - required. At least one significant role in a global company operating in one or more of the following areas: import, distribution, trading, e-commerce, or retail - required. Experience in inventory-based businesses, including inventory costing, inventory control, inventory costs, and working capital management - required. Hands-on experience managing accounting operations and monthly and annual financial closings - required.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management - required. Experience managing finance teams. Experience working with banks in Israel and internationally - required. Experience in a global trading company - an advantage.
