Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR department with a focus on People Strategy, Growth, and Organizational Effectiveness
- Full responsibility for the Employee Lifecycle: Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Promotion, and Offboarding
- Support, advise, and empower managers across all organizational levels (Coaching, People Management, Decision Support)
- Design, implement, and embed HR policies, processes, and procedures in a multi-departmental, multi-site environment
- Oversee Labor Law compliance: employment agreements, terms updates, hearings, offboarding, and regular coordination with legal advisors
- Develop and manage Performance Management processes, including employee feedback, appraisal, and development
- Build and lead Employee Experience & Engagement initiatives, including wellness, organizational culture, holidays, events, and cross-company programs
- Collaborate closely with senior management and partner in organizational decision-making processes
- Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a dynamic and growing environment
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of HR management experience in medium to large organizations
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing, multi-interface environment is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, or a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of labor law and practical application of regulations
- Proven experience in leading Recruitment, Retention, Performance & Development processes
- Ability to think strategically while being highly hands-on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior management
- Strong decision-making, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI and HR technology tools- a significant advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken at a high professional level
