We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a Venture Capital fund, based in Ramat Gan and Rehovot, Israel. The role involves close support to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating strategic projects, preparing investor materials and presentations, conducting research and preliminary due diligence on investment opportunities, and liaising with entrepreneurs, investors, and external advisors. This is a dynamic position offering high exposure to the startup ecosystem and the venture capital decision-making process.

Candidates must hold an academic degree in Management or Law (preference for a degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field), be a native-level English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills, and have 0–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
