We are building the infrastructure for modern security teams - where autonomous AI agents execute security workflows, and human teams govern, supervise, and continuously evolve them.

We are redefining how security organizations scale in the age of AI — and we are hiring our first sales leader to take this to market.

Role Description

This is a foundational role for a proven cybersecurity sales leader who has successfully sold into North American enterprises and is ready to build — not just sell.

This role is 100% hands-on: from sourcing and outbound prospecting to deal orchestration and closing.

You will work directly with the CEO to:

• Define and execute the entire Go-To-Market strategy
• Build an enterprise pipeline from zero
• Lead complex North American enterprise sales cycles

There must be a precise match. This is our first sales hire.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM sales strategy and revenue execution
• Close lighthouse enterprise customers (CISOs / security leadership)
• Build structured outbound and account-based sales programs
• Implement CRM, forecasting, and sales discipline
• Establish early partnerships and bizdev motion
• Recruit and build the future sales organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B cybersecurity sales experience
• Proven success selling Israeli cyber startups into North American enterprises
• Consistent track record closing six-figure and multi-million-dollar deals
• Experience operating in early-stage (Seed–Series B) environments
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Deep understanding of enterprise security buying dynamics
• High ownership, resilience, and a true builder mindset
• Fluent English (native-level preferred)
• This role is for someone who has already succeeded — and is ready to build something category-defining.
