Training Staff Development Consultant (Part-Time)

Role Overview

Lead and facilitate end-to-end training programs for instructional staff and learning leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver comprehensive training processes from planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Lead organizational development processes and provide guidance and consulting in the design of learning programs.
• Facilitate workshops in the fields of learning, training, and leadership.
• Develop training solutions at both macro and micro levels.
• Travel across the country as part of the role.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in training development within learning, training, and leadership domains.
• Significant experience facilitating workshops.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing end-to-end training programs.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field – advantage.
• Group facilitation certification – advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.

Employment Terms
