aChord is Hiring: Learning Processes Lead, Learning and Development

aChord, an academic social organization that develops and applies knowledge in social psychology for social change, is seeking a Learning Processes Lead to join our Learning and Development domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and trainings for the organization’s staff, grounded in the social psychology of intergroup relations

• Develop an annual training program for staff and support team members in their professional work

• Design innovative and creative learning methodologies

• Contribute to the development of organizational infrastructure and the management of internal knowledge repositories

Requirements:

• Significant experience in developing and facilitating training programs and learning materials, required

• Master’s degree in Social Psychology or a related field, required

• Experience translating complex theoretical knowledge into applied tools and practical outputs, required

• Familiarity with AI tools, an advantage

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Curiosity, initiative, and ability to lead processes independently

• Creative thinking and ability to deliver participatory and community oriented learning

• Ability to engage and mobilize people in learning processes

• Experience working with diverse teams, an advantage

Position scope: 60%-80%

Location: Shefayim, hybrid model

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

• הנחיה של סדנאות והכשרות לצוות המרכז מתוך עולם הפסיכולוגיה החברתית של יחסים בין קבוצות

• פיתוח תוכנית הכשרות שנתית לצוות המרכז ולליווי חברות וחברי הצוות בעבודתם

• פיתוח מתודות למידה חדשניות ויצירתיות

• מעורבות בפיתוח תשתיות ארגוניות וניהול מאגרי הידע הארגוניים

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון משמעותי בפיתוח ובהנחיה של הכשרות ותוצרי הדרכה, חובה

• תואר שני בפסיכולוגיה חברתית או בתחומי ידע משיקים, חובה

• ניסיון בהנגשת ידע תיאורטי מורכב לתוצרים יישומיים, חובה

• ידע בשימוש בכלי AI, יתרון

תכונות ויכולות:

• עמידה מול קהל וכישורי הנחיה

• סקרנות, רוח יזמית והובלת תהליכים באופן עצמאי

• חשיבה יצירתית ויכולת להעביר ידע בצורה משתפת וקהילתית

• יכולת לרתום אנשים לתהליכי למידה

• ניסיון בעבודה עם צוות מגוון, יתרון
