The Frontend Tech Lead will oversee and contribute to the development of high-quality front-end solutions for innovative software projects. The role includes designing, implementing, and optimizing user interfaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring coding best practices, and providing leadership in technical decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

• Strong experience in Front-End Development, with expertise in modern frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Software Development with a clear understanding of coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Customer Service experience to ensure product interfaces meet user needs and deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Training and mentorship skills to guide and develop junior team members.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
