A high-growth Fintech startup that has developed a specialized platform for global equity management. Their solution enables organizations to manage employee stock option plans (ESOP) and equity compensation across multiple jurisdictions and employment types.

By automating complex legal and financial workflows, the platform provides a seamless experience for both employers and employees worldwide.

Located in Central Israel (prime access to the train station), the company operates a hybrid work model.

Role Overview:

Serving as a Technical Lead, driving the frontend vision and contributing to the overall system architecture.
Developing high-performance, complex user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Architecting scalable frontend solutions within a Microservices and GCP-based cloud environment.
Taking full ownership of the frontend lifecycle, from high-level design to production-grade deployment.
Collaborating closely with product and design teams to ensure a high-quality user experience for data-driven UIs.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional experience in modern Frontend Development – Mandatory.
Expert-level proficiency in React.js and TypeScript – Mandatory.
Deep experience with State Management libraries (e.g., Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar) – Mandatory.
Skilled in modern Testing Frameworks and E2E automation – Mandatory.
Strong design sensibility with a focus on high-end user experience and performance.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field – Highly Preferred.
