Now we’re looking for a Recruiter who can help us assemble an unstoppable team.

• Own end-to-end hiring for key roles. Engineering, product, AI, growth, design

• Source top talent proactively. Not waiting for inbound

• Screen for excellence, ownership, speed, and cultural fit

• Work directly with founders and team leads on hiring strategy

• Build and improve hiring processes that scale with us

• Be obsessed with talent quality. Good is not enough

• Proven recruiter in startups or high-performance environments

• Strong sourcing skills. LinkedIn, networks, creative outreach

• Excellent judgment. You can spot signal fast

• High urgency, high standards, zero ego

• You care deeply about building elite teams, not just filling roles
