We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ongoing hiring efforts during an exciting growth phase. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience as Opsfleet continues to scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing to offer)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Hebrew
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter – advantage
• Tech / startup / operations recruitment experience – advantage
