Quality, Environment & Safety Coordinator

A leading company is seeking a Quality, Environment & Safety Coordinator to join its Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits in the fields of operations, environmental compliance, and safety, according to the annual audit plan.
• Monitor and control regulatory and compliance-related tasks ("Law & Standards") and update procedures accordingly.
• Work closely with external suppliers and internal cross-functional interfaces.
• Perform internal audits, lead corrective actions, and follow up on non-conformities.
• Conduct ongoing quality control inspections on the production floor and participate in safety committees.
• Take part in external audits and inspections.
• Provide administrative support as required by management.

Requirements:

• Experience or background in Quality Assurance and/or laboratory work.
• Relevant education in Manufacturing, Food Industry, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• Certified Internal Auditor course graduate / experience in conducting internal audits – advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining compliance with procedures and standards.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and proactive mindset.
• Initiative, forward-thinking approach, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel).
• SAP – significant advantage.
