We are seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to join our team in a full-time, hybrid position in our Bnei Brak office.
This role is designed for a "hunter"—someone smart, sharp, and hungry to learn. If you have experience "pounding the phone" in sales call centers (cellular, internet, insurance, etc.) and you are ready to take those skills to the next level in the world of B2B Enterprise Software, we want to meet you.
You don’t need years of tech experience; you need the right attitude. We will provide the training and the tools—you bring the energy, the discipline, and the desire to succeed.
This role requires a security clearance ("sivug"), which will be initiated by us.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the Pitch: Learn how to communicate complex value propositions to senior decision-makers in the private and public sectors.
- High-Volume Outreach: Use your phone skills to execute outbound calls and emails. You will be responsible for opening doors and generating initial interest.
- Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers, understand their basic needs, and determine if they are a fit for Linnovate’s solutions.
- Learn the Industry: Work closely with our management and product teams to understand the software market, the sales cycle, and how to close deals.
- Build the Pipeline: Set high-quality meetings for our senior sales team to help drive the company’s growth.

Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales call centers (e.g., Cellular companies, ISPs, Insurance, Forex, or similar high-volume sales environments) – Must.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hebrew (Mother tongue level) and high proficiency in English (Written and Spoken) – Must.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with computers, CRMs, and learning new software tools quickly.
- Education: University degree – Advantage (but we value street smarts and drive just as much).
