We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Leader (Hands-On) to lead a product development team in a fast‑growing company in the energy efficiency sector.

This role is ideal for a strong developer who is ready to take the next step into leadership while staying deeply involved in hands-on development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software developers.
• Remain hands-on with development, architecture, and technical decision-making.
• Design and develop backend services in Python.
• Work with SQL databases including schema design and optimization.
• Develop modern, high-quality frontend UI components.
• Lead AI/ML features from concept to implementation.
• Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and multidisciplinary teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of software development experience, with deep knowledge of Python.
• Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Frontend development experience – strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading developers – advantage.
