Role Description

This is not a classic SEO manager role. This is about building algorithmic dominance across Google and AI answer engines at the same time.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for SEO & AEO Manager. The SEO&AEO Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, performing keyword research, executing link-building strategies, monitoring web analytics, and aligning SEO&AEO activities with overall marketing efforts.

The role focuses on driving traffic, improving search rankings, and optimizing user engagement for DemandBox’s clients.

What you will own

Organic growth strategy

Build and execute a long term roadmap that connects search visibility directly to pipeline, pLTV and revenue. Every keyword, every page, every cluster must tie to business impact. No vanity metrics.

AI visibility architecture

Design strategies that ensure our clients are cited, referenced and surfaced inside LLM outputs. You understand how large language models ingest, interpret and prioritize content. You know that ranking is not enough anymore.

Content ecosystem

Architect full topic domination. Intent mapping, semantic clustering, comparison pages, high authority guides, off site signals and community amplification. You will lead the creation of content that wins both traditional SERPs and AI answer engines.

Technical SEO infrastructure

Own site health, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, structured data and performance optimization. Ensure everything is built to be machine readable and authority reinforcing. If it slows growth, we fix it.

Editorial standards and quality control

Set strict E E A T benchmarks across all outputs. AI assisted content must be enhanced by human expertise, not replaced by it. You will enforce quality that survives algorithm updates and AI summarization.

Performance intelligence

Track rankings, AI mentions, citation frequency, intent shifts, funnel drop offs and conversion impact. GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and custom BI are your baseline. You translate data into action fast.

Cross functional execution

Work directly with growth, creative, paid media and product teams. Organic is not a silo at DemandBox. It influences landing pages, creatives, messaging and conversion events. You will embed search intelligence into every channel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of deep SEO experience and at least two years leading a team in a high growth environment
• You understand AI search at a structural level. You know how LLMs retrieve, summarize and cite information
• Expertise in SEO Audits and Keyword Research
• Strong experience in Link Building practices and strategies
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
• Solid understanding and experience in Marketing and its integration with SEO strategy
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred
