SEO & Organic Growth Lead

About the Role: We are looking for a high-level SEO & Organic Growth Lead to dominate our organic presence. At ListingUp, our primary engine is organic growth, and we need a strategist who lives and breathes search intent, technical SEO, and content authority.

While you will oversee our PPC accounts (Google & Meta) to ensure steady performance and monitoring, your main focus and passion will be scaling our organic footprint and making our brands the #1 authority in their niche.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Organic Growth: Take full ownership of SEO strategy—technical audits, keyword mapping, and site architecture for multiple brands.
• Content Orchestration: Lead our content strategy. You’ll define what we rank for, create briefs for writers/AI, and ensure every piece of content is built to convert.
• Authority & Backlinks: Execute smart link-building and digital PR strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• PPC Oversight: Monitor and manage existing Google & Meta ad campaigns. You’ll track performance, adjust budgets, and ensure lead quality remains high without needing to spend all day inside the Ads Manager.
• AI Search Strategy (AIEO): Optimize our brands for the new world of AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Analytics & CRO: Use GA4 and Search Console to analyze the full funnel and improve conversion rates across all organic channels.

Requirements:

• SEO Expertise (Heavy Focus): 3+ years of deep SEO experience. You should be an expert in technical SEO and content strategy.
• PPC Proficiency: Solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads—enough to manage, monitor, and optimize for ROI, but your "home base" is SEO.
• Tools of the Trade: Expert-level mastery of Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC,GA4.
• Strategic Mindset: You understand how to turn a keyword into a customer.
• Independence: We are a small, fast-paced team. We need someone who can "grab the wheel" and drive results with minimal supervision.
