Job description
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Development Manager to lead our talented team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of leadership and hands-on development, guiding your team, making key architectural decisions, and shaping the future of our software. You’ll work with cutting edge cloud technologies (AWS), drive complex projects end-to-end, and collaborate closely with product and business teams to deliver high quality, impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team, including mentoring, task allocation, and ensuring goals are met.
- Make key technology decisions, select architectures, tools, and infrastructure.
- Work with cloud environments (AWS) and modern development practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to high professional and technical standards.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in software development.
- 2+ years as a Team/Tech Lead.
- Backend: Java / Node.js / .NET
- Frontend: Angular / React.
- AWS experience.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Experience with AI tools (Cursor AI or similar).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
