Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in Haifa. The Customer Service Specialist will assist clients by providing professional support and solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, managing communications via phone and email, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. Maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience management
• Proficient in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and fostering positive client relationships
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an asset
