A fast-growing fintech startup is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to take ownership of its social media channels and support the company’s rapid growth phase.

This role is ideal for a junior-level candidate who is highly content-oriented, understands social platforms deeply, and is looking to grow professionally within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing the company’s social media channels: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Planning, creating, and publishing engaging, platform-specific content
• Writing clear, high-quality copy in excellent English
• Collaborating with internal marketing and content teams
• Monitoring performance, learning from data, and optimizing content accordingly
• Staying up to date with trends, formats, and best practices across social platforms

Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (professional, fluent level)
• 0–2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of how social platforms and content distribution work
• Comfort working with finance, investing, or related content (strong interest is sufficient)
• Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously

Nice to have

• Experience with short-form and video-based content
• Basic familiarity with analytics or performance measurement
• Interest in fintech, finance, or online content platforms
