Recruitment Manager - Maternity Leave Replacement

BUYME is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join us for a temporary position as a maternity leave replacement.

The role includes managing full-cycle recruitment processes across the company, working closely with hiring managers, conducting HR interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition to employee onboarding
• Recruit for a wide range of positions, including technological roles
• Conduct in-person and phone interviews
• Work closely with hiring managers and gain a deep understanding of business needs
• Publish job openings across various recruitment channels
• Accompany candidates throughout the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience
• Work with recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Proven experience in tech recruitment – mandatory
• Experience conducting in-person interviews
• Availability for a temporary position as a maternity leave replacement

• Experience working with hiring managers in a tech organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
