A large, leading, and well‑established food manufacturing site in the Southern region is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to join the site’s leadership team and drive impactful, organization‑wide improvement.

This is a unique opportunity to lead operational excellence in a major process‑based manufacturing environment and influence the production of beloved food products found in households across Israel

• y.Managing a team of OE leaders, including training, guidance, and people developmen
• t.Driving cross‑functional collaboration, overcoming resistance, and strengthening engagement and ownership of OE processe
• s.Leading OE methodologies: mapping, analyzing, and improving work processes; developing and implementing work standard
