We are looking for a motivated IT professional to join our growing technical team.

In this role, you will work hands-on with business clients, manage IT environments, solve real-world problems, and gain practical experience in cloud and security technologies.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Tel Aviv area.

✔ Technical support for business customers

✔ Troubleshooting Windows, hardware, and software issues

✔ Managing Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace environments

✔ User management, permissions, and security policies

✔ Network and basic firewall configuration

✔ Backup and recovery operations

✔ Participation in cloud and cybersecurity projects

✔ On-site and remote support

🔹 1+ year experience in IT Support / Help Desk / System – Advantage

🔹 Knowledge of Windows environments and networking basics

🔹 Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 – Advantage

🔹 Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP – Advantage

🔹 High service orientation and communication skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team
