This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Kfar Saba. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable roles. Day-to-day tasks will include working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, developing job postings, implementing sourcing strategies, coordinating the candidate selection process, and providing candidates with a positive recruitment experience.

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools
• Attention to detail, Organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of the local job market and employment laws is an advantage
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Relevant experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
