Lead Engineer – Mobile & Backend .NET

Hybrid (2 days/week from the office – Central Israel)

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a Mobile & Backend Squad, with strong technical ownership and a hands-on approach.

🔧 The Role

You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for architecture, code quality, and delivery across Web, Mobile, and Backend, while actively developing alongside the team and mentoring engineers.

🧩 Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of Web / Mobile / Backend development
• Hands-on development on critical components
• System architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Mentoring and professional growth of developers
• Sprint planning and close collaboration with Product, QA, and UX
• Code quality, reviews, CI/CD, and automation
• Introducing new tools and technologies (Cloud, AI, performance)

✅ Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years as a Lead
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js), .NET, and Mobile
• Proven architecture design experience
• High-level English
